Bellagio
Not far from Villa Elena you’ll find the landing stage for getting to the enchanting town of Bellagio. A renowned holiday destination, it is famous for its picturesque location between the southern branches of Lake Como, from where the Alps can be seen to the North beyond the lake.
Villa Carlotta
Villa Carlotta is a villa in Tremezzo by Lake Como that’s famous for the art collections housed inside it and for its huge botanical garden. The villa was built by the Marquis Giorgio Clerici in the late 1600s; although greatly impressive, the building is also very plain compared to the standards of the era. It has three floors, of which two can be visited today. Its location offers a view of the Bellagio peninsula, as well as of the mountains surrounding the lake.
Piona Abbey
Not far from Villa Elena you’ll find the landing stage for getting to Piona Abbey, which takes less than 10 minutes. The architectural complex that makes up the Piona Priory, commonly known as the Piona Abbey, is situated on the Lecco shore of Lake Como in the municipality of Colico. The Abbey stands on the far end of what is known as the Olgiasca peninsula, which extends into Lake Como, forming a characteristic inlet.
Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve
Convenient minibuses offer excursions into our mountains, to spots that grant fairy-tale panoramic views, such as the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve, where you can explore customised routes, go on guided tours, or take part in fun, educational activities.
Villa del Balbianello
Villa del Balbianello is a building located in Lenno, in the province of Como. The villa is situated on the point of the Lavedo peninsula, a promontory that reaches out into Lake Como and that has taken the name "Balbianello" from the villa itself. The complex is owned by the Italian Environmental Fund.
